An "Durch Not Und Tod" Patriotic Badge Newly Listed Die struck badge in gildedFour piece construction, illustrating a silver eagle bearing a shield inscribed "1914" and surmounted by a silver Imperial crown, the two insignias affixed to a bronze cross base with a circular frame inscribed "DURCH NOT UND TOD", marked "G. M. 1804" on the reverse, 40. 5 mm x 41. 3 mm, horizontal pinback, light contact, near extremely fine.
