Crafted with minimal intervention by Emmalene Johnson, its a pure expression of the region and variety. Pale straw with green tinges, the wine offers aromas of pear, apple, citrus, honeysuckle, and a hint of spice. Fermented in stainless steel with a touch of oak, it
