Vintage In Effect Fanzine "Issue 12" Alternative Vintage 1990 Chain Of StrengthIn Effect was a hardcore fanzine started by Chris Wynne in 1988 in College Point, NY. The zine eventually ran for over a decade, producing 12 issues and printing thousands of copies. In 1999, Wynne published this last issue of In Effect, Issue #12 which featured interviews with Underdog, Vision, Kill Your Idols, and more.
