A silver gilt decoration, a four point cross with white enamel arms consisting of five rays with the middle presenting a ball finial, green enamel wreath segments in each quadrant, the obverse center medallion features a white enamel field with a superimposed red, green and blue enamelled crown, surrounded by a silver gilt ring, the reverse centre medallion presents the royal monogram A and the date 3 X
