Signed CDV or carte de visite photograph by Schrank & Masak, Vienna, 2. 4 x 4. 1 inches, Strauss wrote on verso a music quote from his most famous waltz "The Blue Danube". Handwritten in pencil in German is a curious note saying "Received by my mother, Bertha Gertz, in 1872. In excellent condition
