Germany, Imperial. A Naval Officer’s Visor Cap Insignia Auction Archive when he was made a(Kaiserliche Marine Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a central bullion wire tri colour cockade set within an oak leaf wreath of identical construction, in turn topped by a German State Crown, unmarked, measuring 72 mm (w) x 57 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
