His 2022 Marsannay Rouge blends fruit from multiple old vine parcels on limestone scree and clay soils, many planted between 1950 and 1980. Farming is meticulous, with low yields and horse tillage. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and about 30% whole clusters, then aged 12 months in mostly neutral oak and 6 months in tank.
