Poppin Out Squares Perfect size ruler for squaring-up30"x 35" Poppin Out is a wall quilt that can be made by most quilters. The flowers are made with scraps and placed on a pieced background. I designed this quilt in honor of one of my favorite quilt artists, Tom Russell. He taught me that embel lishment makes the quilt.
