The top is diamond shaped and features 3 sparkling Madiera topaz stones in a warm sherry color. There are also 5 rough cut small diamonds. (One diamond is missing, but it is not obvious). This is a very elegant and well made ring featuring Georgian styling at its finest. Because of the way the diamonds were cut, it's possible this
