Germany, Heer. A Medical EM/NCO’s Visor Cap, by EREL Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic The case itself is situated(Heer Schirmmtze fr Mannschaften der Sanittstruppe). A very well preserved Heer Medical EM NCOs visor cap, constructed of field grey wool. It features reinforced side walls fully lined on the exterior with a dark green wool cap band. Both the top and bottom edges of the band are trimmed with blue piping, while an additional length of identical piping borders the outer of the crown. Pinned onto the peak is an aluminum insignia consisting of a Wehrmacht
