Zarate Caiño Tinto 2018 baden There are slight oaky notesThere are handful of rare red grape varieties grown in the Ras Baixas region of Spain which is best known for its Albario. This is made from Caio that's grown on granitic soils, hand harvested and then fermented whole cluster in open top old barrels. Pale red in color and reminiscent of an Alpine red wine. Vibrant red fruits and mineral. The acidity is boon at the table.
