80’s Navy Polka Dot Shirt Dress Sailor Collar by Miss Dorby 80s silk vest ☽ No tag/handmadeThis darling dress by Miss Dorby combines a sweet polka dot print and an oversized sailor collar, with double breasted buttons at the waist and a back center zipper. Nice full skirt with fit and flare look, and a tie at the back of the waist for the perfect fit. This is a stiff material that feels a lot like a cotton, but is a half and half blend with Polyester. It will likely soften up after some washes, but for now the feeling is very structured.
