50’s Black Beret With Red Feather Detail 1970s 70s sweater Parker silk dress in multicolor1950's mid century hat. Base is a black velvet with wired edging and interior covered placement prongs. Front has 3 little beaded buttons with two long red feathers attached and curved to frame the side of the face. Interior is finished with a gold fabric and a gold lacy trim. No label. Condition is excellent with only one issue. A clear rhinestone is missing from the center of one of the red bead circles. Inner circumference is 18 inches but given
