Abstract Space Slender Columns P08471-P00062 Ceramic: fired at cone 5These two columns are created from slabs of earthenware clay, hand drawn and embossed with textures that flow across the entire surface. Washed, colorful hues move across the ground and dark stains are rubbed into the surface to enhance these wonderful textures. Embedded into deep markings on the clay are jewel toned bits of melted glass that juxtapose the satin finish of the overall tile. Tiles are mounted on wood for convenient hanging. Dimensions
