White with blue and brown stripe patterns throughout, and cute button details along the bust. Slips on over the head (has a small elastic section at the back of the waist) Label is Love (not a common brand but an ad from the 1950s describes juniors dresses for sale up to size 14) . No fabric information but it seems like cotton. In excellent vintage condition! Size is 14 juniors. Would fit but it would fit
