Full length, formal, sequined, evening dress by Victoria Royal LTD. Such a fantastic lesser known designer, Oscar Montalto. Amazingly high quality dress with impressive finishing details. Sparkle top, is beaded & sequined with peach taffeta backwards collar (I have no idea what these collars are called). Illusion neck, long sleeves with metal zipper
