After working with his father Michel at Domaine Michel Magnien from 1987 to 1991, he broadened his horizons abroad, gaining experience at Josh Jensens Calera estate in California and Bannockburn Vineyards in Australia. Returning to Burgundy, he earned a diploma in oenology at Dijon before founding
