30's Ivory Cold Shoulder Silk Ruffled Dress by Frederick Loeser & Co. vtg smoking jacket Back: 42 inches (106This 1930s silk dress is very sweet! It features tiers of ruffles and an off shoulder bodice with double strand skinny shoulder straps. There are cute silk rosettes along the shoulder line and at the waist. A blush colored silk ribbon belt with long tails is attached. The dress closes at the left side with snaps and hooks and eyes. The label is from the department store Frederick Loeser & Co., Brooklyn, NY. It's in good condition, with just a few
