Balance Product:Balance Fused-glass menorah in jewel tonesColor is the first step in Cindy Grisdela's artistic process, putting fabrics together the way a painter might use paint; she then cuts shapes freehand with a rotary cutter, allowing her to engage in a direct dialog with her materials. Finally, she adds stitching lines, adding dimension and tactile energy to the piece. A part of a series of minimalist designs that focus on large shapes and the negative space between them, this work includes a sleeve
