Looks to possibly be handmade. Would be even fluffier with a petticoat. Good condition for age. Measured laying flat pit to pit 15. 25 inches, waist 12 inches, hips 23 inches. Length from top of bodice 47 inches. Modern size 00. Please check measurements. There are 3 small tears in the chiffon shown in pictures.
