Beautiful medium weight soft black wool with black silk velvet panels on the cape collar and skirt as pictured. Oversize cape collar as pictured. Princess seaming, nipped waist and full flaring skirt to accommodate your fluffiest skirts. Hidden side seam hip pockets. Does up the center front with six black buttons as pictured. Lined with thick black satin
