30s 40s Hand Painted Neck Tie Feathers lipstick Shoulder to Shoulder 18”DETAILS: Hand painted neckties are some of my favorites in the world of vintage ties. This one is quite charming feathers, but no birds or other animals. The fabric is a twill weave faille, probably rayon. Original color was dark blue, now shifting to an ombre purple that to my eyes offers additional dimension.
