Vela comes from Sanskrit, meaning shore or sail. Sterling silver posts. Fabric & Care The earring tops can be wiped with a soft cloth. The wood portion of the earring is sealed with a UV filtering varnish that will protect it from light and from very slight exposure to moisture, but these should be protected from immersion in water.
