Tropical Floral Rayon Blouse sports memorabilia and polished the brassThis vintage blouse from Counterparts is a beautiful soft rayon with a vibrant tropical print. Buttons up the front, with a structured band in the back that comes around to tie in the front. Tuck it into your favorite high waisted jeans and let the knot hang out. The ties are attached. Bust measures 64" approx, length 30". There's a few issues, because I had to wash this item. There's a small spot on the right chest, and then a few scattered spots on
