Galaxy & Lime Holo HUGE Reversible Festival Hood Wiggle Skirts Rise = 11"This soft, stretchy hood is made of lycra spandex, with lime green sparkling holographic on one side and UV glow galaxy print on the other. Both sides glow like mad under UV light. It pulls on over the head, with a deep cowl at the neck. It will keep your head and neck warm on cold desert nights. It can be reversed, as shown. This can also be made in a combo of almost any other fabric shown in our shop, if you would like a different color combination
