Navy blue wool is accordion pleated with dark blue velvet trim. Front holds a large wool bow. Interior is finished with a matching acetate and edged with a grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is approximately 16 inches extended.
