40’s Black Straw Full Veil Hat with Lace Trim by New York Creation 22 green costume dress Length from shoulder to waistThis style sits atop the head so its really one size fits all; additionally the straw of the cap is flexible. Hat measures 9 in diameter side to side, 8 in diameter front to back and height of crown is 3. The cap is trimmed with two half moon shaped straw pieces trimmed with rows of lace. I think if you steam them they will stand out more from the hat. Fabric is genuine straw with cotton lace and rayon or nylon veiling. Label reads New York Creation
