The back holds a huge wave of gold stiff net with a rosette center. The interior is finished with a black fabric along with the standard petersham ribbon. I will include an elastic placement band that can be inserted for security. Label is Designed by Sylvia. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 21 inches.
